About Sighub

Sighub helps HubSpot teams detect renewal risk earlier. Sighub is a renewal radar for HubSpot teams, and Renewal Radar is its HubSpot app, which you install via a secure HubSpot OAuth connection. Sighub (sighub.io) is the company and brand behind it.

Sighub.io is a Dutch sole proprietorship based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42083108. Renewal Radar by Sighub is built for SaaS and service teams using HubSpot, and runs entirely inside HubSpot. There is no separate dashboard or external system to log into.

The problem Sighub solves

Renewal dates rarely live in one clean Company field in HubSpot. They sit on deals, line items, quotes, subscriptions and custom objects. HubSpot workflows cannot fire on a date they cannot find, reports wait to be pulled, and health scores give a number, not a date. The renewal that needed a call this week quietly slips away.

Sighub was built to close that gap. It scans the objects where renewal timing actually lives, scopes to active customers, checks whether action is already in motion, and creates one self-resolving HubSpot task per real at-risk renewal, with the evidence attached. It is deterministic and auditable. No black-box AI, no churn prediction, no health score.

// Why this exists

Built because the right conversations
kept happening too late.

Ulas Arslan

Founder, Sighub

I spent years leading support and customer operations in fast-growth companies. One pattern kept repeating: the warning signs were already in the CRM, but the conversation that would have saved the customer did not happen in time.

I built Sighub for HubSpot, so RevOps and CS teams stop finding out about at-risk renewals too late.

I advise Sighub on technical architecture, scalability, and product systems. I previously helped build LiteBit during its early growth into a platform serving hundreds of thousands of users, and currently work as Product Manager at Bitvavo, one of Europe’s largest crypto exchanges.
