Security & data access

Sighub helps HubSpot teams detect renewal risk earlier through Renewal Radar, its HubSpot app, and it is built to be minimal with your data. Renewal Radar by Sighub reads the HubSpot metadata it needs to detect renewal risk, writes a single follow-up task, and stores as little as possible.

What Sighub reads

  • Company properties: name, owner, currency and the fields you map for renewal date and value.
  • Deals, line items, quotes, subscriptions and custom objects for renewal timing and value.
  • Email, meeting, ticket and contact activity as metadata only: timestamps, direction, status.
  • Ownership, so the follow-up task can be routed to the right person.

What Sighub never reads or stores

  • No email bodies, note content, call recordings, meeting notes or ticket content.
  • No raw HubSpot content is stored, only one risk snapshot per company.
  • No customer data is used to train any AI model. Sighub does not use AI.

How Sighub stores and deletes data

HubSpot OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Sighub stores portal configuration (mapped properties, renewal window, owner routing) and one risk snapshot per company: renewal date, severity, evidence strings, value at risk, owner, task status and timestamps.

When you uninstall Sighub from your HubSpot portal, the stored configuration, tokens and snapshots are deleted. HubSpot tasks Sighub already created stay in your account as standard HubSpot tasks.
