// HubSpot renewal tracking
Find contract renewal dates across your HubSpot records.
Explicit
Direct renewal or contract-end evidence.
Proxy
Renewal-specific evidence weaker than an explicit date.
Estimate
Low-confidence monitoring timing. Never an automatic task trigger.
None
No reliable current timing resolved.
Renewal Radar checks supported Company, Deal, Subscription, Line item, Quote and contract-style custom-object records. It shows where the timing came from and flags uncertainty. A quote expiration or payment date is not automatically a customer renewal date.
// Decision flow
Track timing first. Evaluate risk second. Create a task last.
Find the renewal date
Discover renewal evidence across supported records and bring it back to each customer. Different accounts can use different sources; you do not need one perfect renewal field.
Spot missing follow-up
See which upcoming or overdue renewals need attention. Renewal meetings and active renewal deals help distinguish a covered renewal from an account with no clear next step.
Give the next step an owner
On Team, create at most one owned HubSpot task per Company when trusted timing, customer eligibility, actionable renewal risk and account controls all allow it.
Engagement Risk remains useful supporting evidence, but it does not create a standalone automatic Renewal Radar task. Estimates and incomplete authoritative timing also remain task-ineligible.
// Renewal workflow or management layer?
Use the simpler tool when the data is simple.
A HubSpot workflow can be enough when…
- Every customer has one consistently maintained renewal date field
- The workflow can reach the record that actually owns that date
- Existing meetings and renewal motion do not need to change the decision
- Someone reliably maintains task lifecycle and stale follow-up
Renewal Radar adds…
- Renewal dates found across the supported records you already use
- Clear evidence showing confirmed, estimated or missing timing
- Renewal risk and missing follow-up visible for each customer
- One owned follow-up per Company when trusted evidence and controls allow it
// Measured large-portal result
24,159 Companies. 375 canonical candidates. 12m33s.
The earlier large-portal baseline took 4h50m56s on 24,077 Companies. In the latest production read-only validation there were zero source-positive candidate misses, zero failed Companies and zero CRM Search 429s. Broad-source inventory added one Search request and 244ms in that portal.
Frequently asked questions
How does this renewal management software work with HubSpot?
Renewal Radar automatically discovers eligible renewal semantics across Company, Deal, Subscription, Line item, Quote and relevant custom-object records and resolves the strongest safe evidence separately for each Company. There is no portal-wide source picker or required rebuild of your data model.
Does Renewal Radar create a task for every renewal risk?
No. A new task requires task-eligible canonical timing, Company task eligibility, actionable Renewal Risk, and the normal task lifecycle and account controls. Estimates, proxies, incomplete timing and Engagement Risk by itself do not create tasks.
Where can Renewal Radar find a contract renewal date?
It can use supported renewal or contract-end evidence on Company, Deal, Subscription, Line item, Quote and contract-style custom-object records. Each record must represent a current, relevant customer relationship. A generic billing date or quote expiration is not treated as a contract renewal.
Can I use Renewal Radar with HubSpot agents?
Yes. Your team and HubSpot agents can use the same renewal answer from Renewal Radar. The underlying dates, risk decision and supporting evidence are resolved with deterministic rules, so Breeze works from the supported result rather than inventing a churn score.
