Click the install link, authorize via HubSpot OAuth, then open any Company record to find the Sighub card. If the card isn't visible, click 'Customize tabs' on the sidebar and add it.

The renewal exposure scan and report are free, with no payment. Monitoring and self-resolving tasks need the Team plan (€99 per portal/month). Agencies can use the Partner plan (€399/month, up to 10 client portals). Activating tasks requires an active subscription.

None are required. To detect renewal timing, map a Company date property (contract end / renewal date). To show value at risk, optionally map a numeric value property (ARR, ACV). Both are optional.

Deterministic rules over HubSpot metadata. Renewal Risk uses the contract end date and configured window. Engagement Risk uses inbound replies, meetings, contact activity, and ticket status. Renewal risk takes priority.

Only after you click Activate. Before activation Sighub runs in summary mode (scans, no tasks). After activation, tasks are created for high and critical risks only, medium risks stay visible in the card without tasks.

A background scheduler checks every 60 minutes and runs a full portal scan when the last scan was ≥ 23 hours ago. You can also trigger a scan from the Sighub card or settings. Sighub is not real-time.

Yes, per account. On the Sighub card you can snooze a risk for 14 days, mark an account healthy for 90 days, or record a Renewed or Lost outcome. Each control can be undone from the card. Portal-wide task automation can't be paused after activation.

Check: (1) automation is activated, (2) the risk is high or critical, (3) the company has an owner if routing is set to company owner. Medium risks never generate tasks.

'Insufficient data' = signals are reachable but Sighub found none. 'Source unavailable' = a HubSpot signal source couldn't be reached. Make sure the company has associated contacts, deals, or email activity.

Your HubSpot tokens couldn't be refreshed. Open Sighub settings in HubSpot and reconnect your portal, scanning resumes automatically.

Monitoring needs an active subscription. If a payment failed or the subscription was canceled, daily scans and task automation pause. Open 'Manage billing' in the Sighub settings to update your card or resubscribe — monitoring resumes once billing is current. Existing tasks and your configuration are kept.

Download the PDF from the scan page, or turn on the read-only report link in the Sighub settings to forward to someone without HubSpot access. The link needs no login, isn't indexed, and can be revoked (re-enabling it creates a new link).

It reads operational metadata (timestamps, dates, statuses, amounts, owners), never email bodies, notes, call recordings, or ticket content. It stores configuration, encrypted tokens (AES-256-GCM), and one risk snapshot per company.

All Sighub data (configuration, tokens, snapshots) is deleted. Tasks Sighub previously created in HubSpot remain in your account.

No. Sighub requires Company, Deal, and Ticket objects, which start on HubSpot Starter.
