These terms govern your use of Sighub, a HubSpot marketplace application operated by Sighub ("we", "our", "us").
Service description
Sighub is a HubSpot plugin that scans company accounts in your HubSpot portal, detects renewal risk based on contract dates and engagement signals, and automatically creates tasks for accounts that require attention.
Account and access
- You must have a HubSpot account to use Sighub
- You must authorize Sighub via OAuth to grant access to the required HubSpot data
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your HubSpot portal
- You must have the appropriate permissions in your HubSpot account to install marketplace apps
What Sighub does and does not guarantee
- Sighub provides risk assessments based on available HubSpot data. These are informational signals, not guarantees of customer behavior.
- Sighub does not guarantee that all at-risk accounts will be detected, or that all detected risks are accurate.
- Risk assessments depend on the completeness and accuracy of your HubSpot data.
Automatic task creation
- Sighub automatically creates tasks in your HubSpot portal for High and Critical risk accounts
- Tasks are assigned to the Company owner as recorded in HubSpot
- Sighub includes idempotency controls to prevent duplicate tasks for the same risk on the same day
- You can manage or delete these tasks like any standard HubSpot task
Early design partner phase
- Sighub is currently in an early design partner phase and is offered free of charge during this period
- Install slots are limited (16 available) while we validate the product with a small first group of HubSpot teams
- We reserve the right to introduce pricing after this phase with reasonable notice
- Early design partners will be notified before any pricing changes take effect
Limitations of liability
- Sighub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any business decisions made based on Sighub's risk assessments
- We are not liable for any data loss in your HubSpot portal
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (during the early design partner phase: zero)
Termination
- You can uninstall Sighub from your HubSpot portal at any time
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the service is used in violation of these terms or HubSpot's acceptable use policy
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Sighub after changes constitutes acceptance.
