Sighub is a HubSpot-native system that detects accounts at risk of churn by identifying missing actions, such as no scheduled renewal meeting or no recent customer response, and automatically assigns follow-up tasks to the account owner.
Sighub connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth and scans all company records on a recurring schedule. It reads contract dates, email activity, meeting history, open tickets, and task data, all signals already present in your CRM.
Each company is evaluated against two independent risk models: renewal risk (contract approaching or overdue with no meeting and no recent engagement) and engagement risk (prolonged silence from the customer regardless of contract status). Each company receives exactly one signal at a time.
When risk is detected, Sighub creates a follow-up task assigned to the account owner with a clear explanation of why the account needs attention. When the risk resolves, for example, a meeting is scheduled or a reply is received, the task is closed automatically.
Dashboards require someone to open them, interpret data, and figure out what to do. Sighub removes that step. It evaluates signals automatically and pushes a concrete follow-up task to the person who can act, without manual triage.
Health scores aggregate metrics into a number that requires interpretation. Sighub evaluates specific, actionable signals, contract expiry without a meeting, no inbound email in 30+ days, and triggers a concrete action. There is no score. Only a signal and a next step.
Sighub does not replace full CS platforms. It focuses narrowly on detecting risk from operational signals already in HubSpot and turning that into immediate action via tasks.
Sighub reads company properties, associated deals, email activity metadata, meeting schedules, tickets, and tasks. It does not access email content or conversation bodies.

The first scan runs immediately after setup. Sighub evaluates all company records and surfaces risk signals within minutes of connecting.
Currently, Sighub uses predefined signal logic to maintain consistency. You configure the contract end date property and renewal window during setup.
