What is Sighub?
Sighub is a HubSpot-native system that detects accounts at risk of churn by identifying missing actions — such as no scheduled renewal meeting or no recent customer response — and automatically assigns follow-up tasks to the account owner.
How it works
Sighub connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth and scans all company records on a recurring schedule. It reads contract dates, email activity, meeting history, open tickets, and task data. Each company is evaluated against two independent risk models: renewal risk and engagement risk. When risk is detected, Sighub creates a follow-up task assigned to the account owner. When the risk resolves, the task is closed automatically.

Dashboards require someone to open them, interpret data, and decide what to do. Sighub removes that step entirely. It evaluates account signals automatically and pushes a follow-up task directly to the account owner in HubSpot — without manual triage or scheduled reviews.
Sighub vs. Customer Health Scores
Health scores aggregate multiple metrics into a single number that requires interpretation. Sighub evaluates specific, actionable signals — contract expiry without a scheduled meeting, no inbound email in 30+ days — and triggers a concrete action. There is no score to interpret. Only a clear signal and a recommended next step.
