Plans, pricing, and billing
The renewal exposure scan is free. Monitoring and self-resolving tasks need a paid plan. Here is what each plan includes and how billing works.
The free scan
You can connect HubSpot and run a renewal exposure scan for free, with no payment. The free scan is read-only: Sighub reads CRM fields and activity metadata, and never creates or changes anything in your HubSpot account.
The free scan gives you:
- A full renewal exposure report — where renewal timing lives, how much value renews soon, and which accounts have no plan detected.
- A downloadable PDF of the report.
- An optional shareable read-only report link.
- A manual rescan, roughly once a week.
The free scan never creates HubSpot tasks and never runs daily monitoring. See Triage & reports for what the report shows.
The Team plan
The Team plan is €99 per portal, per month. It turns the free scan into a live renewal radar:
- Daily monitoring of your active customers.
- One self-resolving HubSpot task per high-urgency renewal risk, routed to the owner.
- The full triage view with evidence, inside the Sighub settings panel.
- Renewed-vs-lost outcome tracking.
One subscription covers one HubSpot portal. If you connect more than one portal, each portal has its own subscription.
The Partner plan
The Partner plan is €399 per month for agencies and consultants who run renewals for clients:
- Up to 10 client portals.
- White-label exposure reports.
- Run renewal audits as a service.
- A direct line to the builder.
The Partner plan is arranged with the Sighub team. Use the Talk to us button on the pricing section or email info@sighub.io.
Turning on monitoring
Activating monitoring and task automation needs an active subscription. When you click Activate in the Sighub settings panel without a subscription, Sighub sends you to checkout first.
- Checkout is handled by Stripe. You are redirected to a secure Stripe page and back to Sighub when payment is complete.
- After payment, monitoring switches on for that portal. Sighub then starts daily scans and creates self-resolving tasks for high-urgency risks.
- A trial subscription, if offered, also enables monitoring while it is active.
Managing your subscription
You manage billing from the Sighub settings panel in HubSpot. The Manage billing button opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, see invoices, or cancel.
If a payment fails or you cancel
- Monitoring is paused: daily scans stop and Sighub stops creating or updating tasks for that portal. The settings panel shows a "Monitoring paused" notice.
- HubSpot tasks Sighub already created stay in your account. Your Sighub configuration and risk snapshots are kept, so nothing has to be set up again.
- Update your billing (or resubscribe) to resume monitoring. The free scan stays available the whole time.
