// Risk controls

Snooze, mark healthy, and record outcomes

Sometimes you know more than the data. Risk controls let you pause or override a risk decision directly from the Renewal Radar card, and undo it at any time.

Where you find them

When the Renewal Radar card shows an at-risk account, the card offers four controls next to the Refresh button:

  • Snooze 14d
  • Mark healthy
  • Renewed
  • Lost

When a control is active, the card shows a tag with the control state (for example "Snoozed until [date]") and a button to undo it.

Snooze 14 days

Snooze suppresses the risk for this account for 14 days. Use it when you know the situation is handled but the data does not show it yet.

  • The card shows "Snoozed until [date]".
  • The snooze expires by itself after 14 days. Renewal Radar then evaluates the account again.
  • You can end it early with Remove snooze.

Mark healthy

Mark healthy overrides the risk decision and treats the account as healthy for 90 days. Use it when the alert is wrong for a reason the data cannot see.

  • The card shows "Marked healthy until [date]".
  • The override expires by itself after 90 days.
  • You can end it early with Restore automation.

Record an outcome: Renewed or Lost

When a renewal is decided, record the outcome on the card. This does two things at once: it updates the risk state and it completes the open Renewal Radar task for that account.

  • Renewed: the account is treated as healthy for the next 90 days. The risk can surface again at the next renewal cycle.
  • Lost: the account is excluded from monitoring. It shows "Excluded from monitoring" and Renewal Radar creates no new tasks for it.
Recording an outcome completes the open Renewal Radar task in HubSpot. Tasks created by people or other tools are never touched. You can record Renewed or Lost from the Company card or straight from the triage view.

Undo a control

Every control can be removed from the card. The undo button matches the active control:

  • Remove snooze ends a snooze.
  • Restore automation ends a healthy override.
  • Re-include account brings an excluded account back into monitoring.

After you remove a control, Renewal Radar evaluates the account again with live HubSpot data.
