The triage view and renewal reports
Sighub lives on each Company record, but it also gives you one place to see every account that needs attention, the value behind it, and a report you can share.
The triage view
The Sighub settings panel in HubSpot has a triage view: one list of the accounts Sighub flagged, so you do not have to open records one by one. Each row shows the reason, the value at risk, the owner, the renewal date, and links to the Company record and the open task.
You can:
- Filter by severity (high or medium) and by signal (renewal risk or engagement risk).
- Sort by urgency, value, renewal date, or when each account was last checked.
- Record a Renewed or Lost outcome straight from a row.
The full, continuously updated triage view comes with the Team plan; the free scan shows a one-off snapshot. See Plans & billing.
Portfolio figures
The triage view also sums up your renewal portfolio:
- Protected ARR: the value of all monitored accounts.
- At-Risk ARR: the value of the accounts currently flagged.
- Renewing-Soon ARR: the value renewing in the next 60 days.
- Retained ARR: the value of accounts you marked Renewed in the last 90 days.
Outcome tracking
When you record Renewed or Lost, Sighub keeps a rolling 90-day view of how your team is doing: how many accounts were flagged, how many were actioned, how many renewed, and how many were lost. This is how you measure Sighub's impact over time.
See Risk controls for what Renewed and Lost do to an account.
The free exposure report
Every connected portal gets a renewal exposure report at its own scan link. The report shows where renewal timing lives in your HubSpot data, how much value renews inside the window, how many renewals are already overdue, and the most exposed accounts. You can download it as a PDF.
On the free plan you can rerun this scan about once a week. The report is read-only and never changes your HubSpot data.
The shareable report link
You can turn on a read-only report link to forward to a budget owner, or for an agency to put in front of a client. It opens the renewal exposure report with no login needed.
- Sharing is off by default. You turn it on per portal from the Sighub settings panel.
- The link is rendered live from current data, so it always reflects the latest scan.
- It is not indexed by search engines.
- It is revocable. Turning sharing off disables the link, and turning it back on creates a new link — the old one stops working.
